Sled Island is in full swing this week, but we’ve got our eye on one day in particular. The Palomino is one of Calgary’s most active concert venues, with live bands often playing the stage three to four nights a week. This Saturday they are going full out and will have a total of 15 bands joining them! Starting at 2 pm on the main floor, you’ll be able to catch artists like PONY and duotang, and the party will continue through to the end of the night with the Downstairs also opening at 9 pm for a double music experience in one venue. Bonus: chow down on some of the city’s best BBQ.
