The premium culinary tasting experience, Brewery & The Beast, is back bringing together the mouth-watering creations from more than 50 of Calgary’s most talented chefs and recognized restaurants, including some of Canada’s top 100 restaurants of 2018: Bridgette Bar, Calcutta Cricket Club, Shokunin, Pigeonhole, and Model Milk. Two Penny, The Guild, Anju, Teatro Group, Charbar, Yellow Door Bistro, Sage at River Cree Resort, Raw Bar, Oxbow, Meat & Bread, Blink, Native Tongues, 1888 Chop House, Rodney’s Oyster House, The Trop, and so many more will also be in attendance.
Brewery & The Beast 2018 will continue to raise awareness and educate consumers about sourcing locally by featuring trusted hand-selected local producers and encouraging natural, sustainable and ethical farming practices.
